Checked out the new workout plans and the new measurements for the food. Looks to be nothing to crazy just yet. Haven't had any problems with the food, except I'm getting a little lazy on going by the book....but getting really good with the stuff that coming out of the kitchen. Even managed to get other eating the same food (with an dose of salt). I did notice the zero carbs at night. That should be OK, except I have noticed since it was reduced last week my stomach is telling me its still hungry, so while i am only dropping 60g's it might make a difference in the evening, day time I am sure it will be fine. For the workouts I am still wondering if ever I will be able to do a pull up. Between the grip and the way I had to setup my pull up bar not looking too promising at this point.
Uploaded my Day 22 pics today, and took some measurements. Down a little on the weight although not as much as I had hoped for, another 2 cm on the waist and nothing on the chest. It is good to see and just hope it continues as that drives me week to week. Hoping it doesn't go back up, that could be something that demotivates me (or the opposite....depending on the mood for the day)
Well last day for my golden week break, (besides the weekend just around the corner) going to the gym to do some cardio and get some swimming in, needed to start that sooner rather than later. Just keep sticking to the incline pull-ups, you'll get there. Many people have started this project unable to do even 1, and ended being able to knockout all of them at the end.
