Using this weekend to prep my food for the next week. Found last week that the workouts were running into time I was usually cooking or prepping food for the next day, and pushed it into the next day interrupting my usual slow start to the day I enjoy.
Uploaded my pic's and measured up, still dropping, almost in free fall! But still the abs still not showing through...
Weight: 79.5 (down 2 kg)
Waist: 91.5 (down 1cm)
Chest: 103 (no change)
WOW compared to your first day pictures Brendon! You have achieved an amazing transformation. Inspiring for me to think that I can get there seeing small changes on Day 33!
